Contact & Timeline: You must email our support team and return products within 30 days after delivery. Returns are time-sensitive — after 30 days, no refunds or store credit will be offered.
Product Condition: Items must be in the same brand-new state and in the original packaging. Damaged products must be returned in original and unused condition.
Documentation: You must provide photos and an explanation for the return. Send the product to the address provided by Customer Support and supply a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
Refund Processing: It takes 5-7 business days to issue a refund after we receive the return, plus 3-20 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
